BET Media Group Announces the Debut of BET Tyler Perry FAST

BET Media Group has unveiled BET Tyler Perry FAST channels, offering over 750 episodes and nearly 600 hours of Tyler Perry content. This new agreement with Perry ensures hundreds of new episodes for BET, enhancing the availability of original programming on major FAST platforms. BET Media Group has taken a significant step in its content strategy by introducing BET Tyler Perry FAST (free, ad-supported television) channels. This launch is part of a new multi-year content partnership with the acclaimed writer, director, producer, actor, and playwright Tyler Perry. The agreement, which renews and replaces the parties’ previous groundbreaking deal, promises to deliver hundreds of new episodes across both existing and new series.

The BET Tyler Perry FAST channels will feature back-to-back episodes of beloved Tyler Perry series, marking the first time these shows will be available on FAST platforms. Viewers can now enjoy free, binge-worthy episodes of over 600 hours of original programming, including cast conversations and best-of highlights, on their preferred devices anytime and anywhere.

The available content spans a wide range of Perry’s acclaimed BET shows, such as “Tyler Perry’s Sistas,” “Tyler Perry’s The Oval,” “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne,” “Tyler Perry’s Ruthless,” “All the Queens Men,” “Tyler Perry’s ZATIMA,” and “Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living.” These series are now accessible on major FAST platforms like Roku, Pluto TV, Plex, TCL, FreeVee, with more platforms to be announced. Additional fan favorites like “Tyler Perry’s Meet The Browns,” “Tyler Perry’s The Haves and The Have Nots,” “Tyler Perry’s For Better or Worse,” and “Tyler Perry’s Too Close To Home” will also be included.

Louis Carr, President of Media Sales at BET Media Group, highlighted the significance of this development, emphasizing the expanded access to Perry’s content for Black audiences.
