The accolade is based on Time Out’s annual survey, which drew input from over 18,500 residents worldwide. The evaluation spanned 44 criteria, including food, nightlife, cultural offerings, affordability, happiness, and overall vibe. Cape Town excelled across all these categories, bolstered by its unique blend of natural beauty and urban vibrancy.
