Brandon Casey of Jagged Edge recently revealed that he was hospitalized in the ICU with multiple broken bones following a severe car crash. The singer expressed his gratitude to Grady Memorial Hospital for their exceptional care. Brandon Casey, the famed R&B singer from Jagged Edge, has been hospitalized following a horrific car crash that left him with several broken bones. The 48-year-old artist shared the news via Instagram, expressing his deep gratitude to the medical team at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, where he has been receiving treatment.

In his heartfelt post, Brandon detailed the severity of his injuries, including a broken neck, five broken ribs, a fractured skull, and scalp lacerations. Despite the extensive injuries, he assured fans that he is on the road to recovery and praised the medical staff for their life-saving care. “I have to send a big Thank [you] to [Grady Hospital] after bein in ICU for five days. I [know] the legendary Grady Trauma Center is everything it’s said to be – The best in the country,” he wrote. “Y’all saved my life and I’m forever grateful. I’m so thankful to all [you] ladies who took care of me, who have nursed me, fed me, encouraged me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The most sincere thank [you] I can conjure up.”

Brandon also shared his reflections on the crash, emphasizing his faith and gratitude for being alive. “I [know] people wanna [know], so here it is. Broken neck, [five] broken ribs, skull fractured, scalp lacerations, and a bunch of pain all over my body but I’ma be good, I promise y’all. God got me. It’s like [something] tryna take me off this planet and God keep tellin’ ‘em nope, not him. Not yet… All praises to the most high, most awesome, most wonderful God. Thank [you] lord!!!! From [your] loyal soldier.”

In another Instagram post, he shared an image of his wrecked car, underscoring the severity of the crash. “I never post these type pictures upon delivering the news that I been hurt,” he captioned the image. “The people who really love me don’t play about me and I don’t wanna add to they fright of how I may be [doing] but I’ma [just] post this [just] so u kno neither wreck was a fender bender. I could be probably… should be dead. Oh, except the big fact that God does protect his flock.”

Brandon Casey, along with his twin brother Brian Casey, Kyle Norman, and Richard Wingo, formed Jagged Edge in 1995. The group is known for their chart-topping hits such as “Let’s Get Married,” “Where the Party At,” “Walked Outta Heaven,” and “Promise.”
