Cape Town’s luxurious Ellerman House has been ranked the third-best hotel globally in The Telegraph’s 2024 list of the World’s 50 Best Hotels. Unsurprisingly, accommodation at these top-tier hotels comes with a hefty price tag. A stay at Ellerman House during the summer season starts at R18,000 per night and can go up to R180,000 per night for the exclusive three-bedroom Villa One.
Similarly, a stay at Sterrekopje Healing Farm costs between R18,000 and R28,000 per person per night during peak holiday season, from 23 December 2024 to 31 January 2025.
