About Jam ‘n Jazz

JAM ‘n JAZZ (J’J’) Dobol Star contest presents the highest rewards to the majority chosen mover and shaker of an improvised South African jazz dance called DOBOL. The contest forms part of a broader promotion, through the JAM ’n JAZZ Farm Sessions brand, of the vibrant and unique South African Jazz Social Club Culture. Participants are video-recorded at various Jazz sessions and presented to the general public to select, by majority SMS votes, the best DOBOL STAR in the male and female category. There are no runners up – winners take all in both categories. The Mind Investments is a South African based multi-media and events management company established in 2020. Our properties include the ThiviNetwork Youtube channel and the JAM’n JAZZ lifestyle concept which includes the JAM’n JAZZ Dobol Star contest. We also specialize in public relation, marketing and stakeholder management.
