Al Ahly forward Percy Tau seems to be finally hitting his stride again, having impressed in his recent matches.
The 25-year-old player has been impressive, particularly in CAF Champions League matches, where he has scored three goals and provided an assist in five appearances. Last week, he came on as a substitute in the CAF Champions League game against Khanyisa Mayo’s CR Belouizdad, where he scored and assisted in a commanding 6-1 victory that placed the Red Devils at the top of Group C.
Percy Tau also made a rare league start during which Al Ahly defeated Al Masry 2-0 on Thursday. With the FIFA World Cup just six months away, the Red Devils might consider extending the Lion of Judah’s contract. Tau’s current deal with Al Ahly expires in June, but the club may choose to extend his stay until the conclusion of the Club World Cup, given his impressive form.
